Founder & CEO
Gemma has been part of the balloon industry for more than 13 years, with over a decade of hands-on experience running her own business. Holding multiple qualification, including an NCFE, she combines technical expertise with a strong eye for design. Over the years, Gemma has been involved in several large-scale balloon builds, showcasing her skills and ambitious projects while supporting othersto reach their potential through education and collaboration.
Zoe Thompson
Founder & CEO
With over 18 years experience in the balloon industry, Zoe brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity. As a Certified Balloon Artist, she has spent the past 8+ years successfully running her own business, delivering bespoke designs and inspiring both clients and fellow professionals alike. Her passion for the craft and dedication to high standards has made her a trusted name in the industry.
